One category of appliance
Built-in and integrated refrigeration: columns, side-by-sides, under-counter drawers, ice makers and wine storage. No cooking appliances, no laundry. A narrower book means the second visit for a part is rare, because the parts that ride on the van are the ones this work actually needs.

Readings before parts
Probe temperatures, gauge pressures, board voltages, motor draw. A part is ordered when a measurement says so. Nothing is swapped to see whether it helps, because on a sealed system that is an expensive way to learn very little.

Factory-approved parts
Fans, boards, sensors, valves and gaskets to the original specification, so a repair does not quietly change how the cabinet holds temperature. This is an independent shop and says so plainly — a claim under the maker’s own cover belongs with a provider it has appointed.

A price before the work
Parts and labour quoted as one figure once the diagnosis is done, and the $95 already deducted. If the honest answer is that the cabinet is not worth the repair, that is what you will hear.

No count of jobs closed, because a number nobody can check is not evidence. No fix rate. No trading history dressed up as experience. No claim of training or approval from the maker of the appliance, because that is an affiliation a manufacturer grants and this shop has not been granted it.
What is here instead: what gets measured on a visit, what the four repairs actually involve, the four towns on the round, and one price — the flat $95 service call, credited against the repair once you approve it. Everything else is quoted after the diagnosis, as one figure covering parts and labour.
Parts are ordered to the original specification. Where a job belongs with someone the manufacturer has appointed, we will say so and you can take it there instead.
